The IDM2040-21R is a 2.1-inch circular rotary dial display module based on our FT800 Embedded Video Engine with on-board RP2040 MCU. Create intuitive full colour user interfaces  on the 480 x 480 graphical display, with user interaction via the capacitive touch screen and rotary encoder dial with push button.

The IDM2040-21R is a 2.1-inch circular rotary dial display module based on our FT800 Embedded Video Engine with on-board RP2040 MCU.

The module features a 480 x 480 full colour graphical display, with capacitive touch screen. Users can also interact with the module via the 24-step rotary encoder dial and push button which is incorporated into the outer ring of the enclosure.

Develop your own user interfaces for the integrated FT800 Embedded Video Engine using our comprehensive development tools and program the on-board RP2040 MCU over USB. Custom touch code included with our examples allows the module to support a capacitive touch panel using our FT800.

Interface the IDM2040-21R to your external devices via the RS485, UART, I2C and  audio output.
