To order more than 10pcs of any item, add 1 pc to the basket, click on the ‘Checkout’ link above, change the quantity of that line item and click on ‘Update Basket’.
You can continue to shop to add further products and when you are ready to pay for your goods click the ‘Checkout’ link above.
All prices exclude shipping and VAT where applicable. These will be added at the checkout. If you are a VAT registered European Union (EU) company from outside the UK , you need not be charged VAT on your order, howerver YOU MUST E-MAIL YOUR VAT NUMBER TO US AT firstname.lastname@example.org before we can dispatch your order to you.
Customers have the right to return goods ordered via the FTDI ChipSHOP within 30 days of receipt providing they are returned undamaged in suitable packaging. A full refund will be made to the credit card used to order the goods in such cases.
E-mail us at the address below requesting a RMA number prior to returning any goods.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders from APAC region and shipped outside of Taiwan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
